Where can I find the ingredients of the teas?

Green Tea

Do you have organic teas?

Yes. We have many certified organic teas and herbal blends. Our product descriptions will make it easy to understand which teas are organic.

You can use the search bar in the top right hand corner and search "Organic" or visit one of our organic categories.

Strawberry Tea

Are your flavors natural?

 

 Our teas are flavored with organic, compliant, natural flavors. The flavoring we use is ethyl alcohol-based. Ethyl alcohol is plant-based, water-soluble and, in itself, a known sanitizer. Ethyl alcohol is the ‘carrier’ for the essential oils. How it works is the essential oils are blended into the ethyl alcohol. The essential oils then break down into molecules creating a flavoring solution. That fluid is applied to the blend by atomizing the flavoring. The molecules in the solution with the ethyl alcohol penetrate the tea leaves and the ethyl alcohol evaporates virtually instantly. The result is that the essential oil molecules are deep within the tea leaves, giving the consumer an extraordinary taste experience.

Are the teas gluten and/or sugar free?

Yes, all of our teas are gluten and sugar free

How should I store my teas?

To keep your teas fresh, always store them in a cool, dry, dark place. Keep them well sealed too, ideally in an airtight container.
Once opened, we suggest consuming your tea within a two-year period.

Plant Based Tea Bags

Are your Pyramid Tea Bags biodegradable or compostable?

 You’ll be very pleased to hear that our pyramid tea bags DO NOT contain plastic. The tea bag and string attached are made from vegetable-based material. The label on the end of the string is simple paper. Even the ink on the label is vegetable-based, and everything is sealed with heat so no glue is used. As a result, our pyramid tea bags are fully biodegradable and compostable.  

Are your Teas Certified Kosher and / or Vegan?

 Yes, all of our teas or certified kosher and vegan!  

Are Your Teas FairTrade?

  The best quality teas aren't necessarily FairTrade. We pay a premium price for our teas, sourced from quality estates which have a sustainable business model. In addition many of our teas are certified by Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP,  https://www.ethicalteapartnership.org/) and our supplier also has a rigorous ethical checks in place

Can we return teas?

 We hope you love shopping at Kip + Ev and love everything you purchase. Unfortunately,  as tea is a food product, we cannot offer returns on tea products. Unused tea accessories such as teapots, strainers, spoons, etc. can be returned. It will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. All sale items are final sale. 

How much does shipping cost?

 

For orders over $50, shipping is free anywhere in North America. Shipping across borders may incur additional fees. For orders under $50, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9.75 anywhere in North America. 

How often do you ship?

We do our best to get your orders out ASAP and we are usually able to get them out within 2-3 business days

How long does it take to process my order?

We typically aim for a 72 hour processing time, but a number of factors may affect that and we don't guarantee it. Order processing can be affected by order volumes at different times of year (ie. Christmas time). Once you receive an email that your order has been placed in "Processing,” no further changes can be made.

Due to rapid changes in inventory levels and some large quantity orders, inventory may go out of stock without notice. When this happens, we may ship the remainder of the order, or hold the order while we ask if you'd like to substitute the out-of-stock item for a different product.

How do I track my order?

 When your order is complete, we send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Just enter that number on the carrier’s website to check on your shipment.

What payment types do you accept?

 On our website, we accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

Do you ship internationally?

 Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within North America for now.  To order to the USA, please visit www.kipandev.com  

Can I modify or change my order?

 We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
